Leading with Compassion Training and Certificate Program

Our Leading with Compassion Training and Certificate Program brings two importantly linked sets of concepts and behavior together, namely leadership and compassion. The leadership and compassion literature have already begun to come together in various meaningful ways (see below) but we may also have to reconsider the heroic, individual model of leadership, appreciating that compassionate leadership is a collective effort mediated by individuals.
