Our Managing with Compassion Training and Certification Program courses are designed to engagingly meet the needs of professionals in corporate, governmental, non-profit and small businesses. Undergraduate and graduate students gain measurable skills as well in a series of courses that meet the requirements of a semester long Management course and beyond.

The series of courses includes innovative features designed to enhance participant learning, including dyadic interaction, links to video, and psychometric evidence of ethics related variables, all of which shift norms, expectations and instill in participants the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform responsibility and professionally in business.
