Certification Program Formats

Brightsity program offers a growing number of certifications in the professional and well-being domains.

Our series of dyadic, modular and psychometrically supported courses in many different and relevant areas of each broader topic.

Let’s take a minute and unpack that compared to your average everyday training/development provider or university continuing education service. We will be measuring you in the competencies that are required for you to succeed in the workplace, that are used by human resources selection officials to establish whether not a job offer is made.

Universities don’t do this, and the majority of training and development firms do not either, instead giving a piece of paper with a tin foil stamp.

Outside of the main “Introduction to” course, you can choose courses that interest, are relevant or developmental goals for you. Given our cohort system, you can start at any time, during any term, with your choice of course.

Different topics are offered consistently through the year, and you are free to choose from any of the courses offered in this program in order to complete the certificate(s) of your choice, receiving your certification(s) upon completion digitally.
