AACSB Societal Impact Accreditation and\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Higher Education <\/span>(College and University)<\/span><\/h3>\n

Compassion? You might have it, but are you cultivating it and measuring it? We are, in universities, colleges, and businesses. AACSB has recently identified Compassion as a Societal Impact Competency, now it’s time to meet students interests and values at the accredition level, for the betterment of social, personal and economic wellbeing.<\/p>\n

Are you noticing the gap in your evidence of Student Learning Outcomes? Institutional Learning Outcomes? AACSB, EQUIS and the AMBA all require evidence for accreditation. Use data from valid measures that predicts behavior, not subjective, committee driven filler.<\/p>\n

Developing the social and interpersonal skills that are required for workforce-ready graduates is at the heart of Brightsity\u2019s work in higher education<\/a>. We measure what we teach, psychometrically, using the same tools selecting managers, leaders<\/a>, human resources and recruiters use to hire, as well as the tools psychologists use to establish well-being.
