Consulting with organizations in EEO, selection, training, compensation, job analysis, performance management, evaluation and recruitment. Web based psychological interventions with applied measurements at the individual, team, group, organizational, community and national level. Jalen specializes in supporting small business and entrepreneurs to optimize and innovate to create successful, lucrative companies. He uses his background with supply chain optimization as well as his coding experience running an AI company to support business growth. Through participation in 20 Hack-a-thons and working at Uber scaling up Uber Eats, Jalen has learned how to design, implement and course correct business growth and innovation quickly and efficiently. He is talented in all stages of business development from website development and branding to organizational behavior and managing by the numbers.

Alan Martin is currently a senior at CSUEB and is on the track to finish his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in one more semester. Alan takes inspiration from finding avenues which are able to help others' well-being as well as be profitable to make further investments with goals of bringing wealth to those in his community. In his free time Alan enjoys exercising, pursuing music as a hobby and fantasizing about buying a house.
Eli Purpura-Pontoniere is currently a rising senior at University of California, Santa Cruz working on his undergraduate degree in Economics. His coursework includes Micro/Macroeconomics, Accounting, and Econometrics. He aspires to become a broadcaster with the hopes of spreading financial and political awareness. In his free time, Eli enjoys reading, exercising, and cooking.
Ella Martin is a senior at SSFH, and looks forward to her university career. In her free time she hangs out with friends, using the fruit of her labor as a summer camp leader, and laughs a lot. She is interested in history, psychology, and boba. She has a focus on the future.
Siby is passionate for Japanese cars and sushi restaurants that spell his name wrong. His major is management, but he constantly studies psychology as he feels understanding people's behaviors can lead to better leadership. His mission at Brightsity is to help better others phsyical, mental, and occupational well being.
